The beautifully restored 1879 Chicago & Alton Railroad Depot is located on the grounds of the National Frontier Trails Museum at 318 W. Pacific, just off the Old Town Square. This is the council that serves Independence To inspire girls with the highest ideals of character, conduct, patriotism, and service that they may become happy and resourceful citizens.

We are a private, not for profit family service agency. We offer counseling, education, assessment, resource and referral services to individuals, families, children and adults. We have regular domestic violence grouops for men and anger management classes for men and women. We have a long history of being responsive to identified needs in the Independence area.

Rotary is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
